First Two Weeks

Eliza spent most of her first two weeks in Mama and Daddy's room, sleeping.

Sometimes she was awake though.

Mimi even took care of feeding Mama in the room too.

Because there were so many germs and yucky coughs, visitors were stopped at the door.

Eliza also spent time in Daddy's arms,

Emily's arms,

(or just under watchful eye)

Papa's arms,

Mimi's arms,

and even the arms of a visitor, Pat.

Eliza made great faces including a kissy face,

sad face,

content face,

and even a super smiley face.

She was given a handmade bracelet by Mimi...

and was generally VERY content.

Although, she did have the ability to get upset.

And before her first two weeks were up, she ventured out a bit for her first walk...

and even joined the family for Mimi's froyo birthday party.

I think it was a pretty great start.
