Eliza In April

Eliza started the month with her first bunny ears (4/3)

worn for the second time on Easter Sunday (4/5)

In April Eliza met Christy (yes, this is worth mentioning),

her lovey,

her first baby,

and got her first bottles from someone other than Daddy and Mama - Lauren...

 and Emily

Eliza was a beautiful model for her baptismal gown but did have some silly faces.

We took pictures to mark her first rash (4/1),

 her eye color,

and her weight. (4/15)

She continued to be very well loved by her big sister and big brother.

And learned the art of "reating" which combines reading with eating.

But, she also enjoyed being read to by Emily (one of Emily's original books).

On April 20th she learned that Daddy can be very silly...

and couldn't bear to look for too long.

She also learned to grip a little more.  Nothing better than when a baby "holds/hugs" you back.

Eliza tried on one of Emily's very first outfits...

 and thought it was pretty funny. 4/17

 She also wore a dress again - I think the first time since she was brand new.

At 3 months old and a busy schedule, Eliza still manages to fall asleep almost everywhere.

She also worked a lot on her neck muscles... (4/21)

and determination. (4/27)

One thing Eliza did very little of... crying.  But, since she did cry and have crocodile tears I had to capture it. (4/25)

But something she did a lot of??  Smiling! (4/1)

 Especially when she learned that her BIG 6.75 year old sister is teething too.

 All we want for May are our two front teeth...
