Eliza, you are so loved! We had a crowd here to celebrate YOU and your baptism on April 12th. We started the day at our house with 27 guests for brunch. You began your day with Daddy,
and quickly moved to your godmother, Dele's, arms.
You did make your way around to see others too... (Christy)
all around your party.
Your great Aunt Cheryl made you a beautiful banner for our mantel and your cake was very nice too!
You were baptized during the 12:30 mass at St. Kilian in Mission Viejo and you did awesome (as always!).
You slept through most of the mass but did wake up when the water was poured on your head. You seemed a bit surprised but then just accepted it and looked around.
Dele made you a wonderful bonnet out of a handkerchief that had crocheted edges from her mother. It has your initials in it and with a little snip of some stitches, will be perfect to carry on your wedding day.
It was so special that we could have all of your grandparents here to celebrate with us!
As well as the crowd I mentioned before. Look at the love, Eliza!

What a wonderful celebration. Love that Emily had her own baby in a matching outfit!
ReplyDeleteIndeed a special day for a special girl! Eliza was truly amazing with all the people, all the activity and all the hugs she received! Would not have missed it!
ReplyDeleteLove to love her!
